-the room is available from July 1st
-clozets, pool and laundry room, and your own parking spot
-Rent is $1050 (including water, gas, and trash fee), so your additional payments are electricity(every 2 month) which is about $30 and high-speed internet ($ 20)
-deposit is $1275
-the lease is1 year. if you have to move out within a year, you need to find your replacement.
